2. Production Process: ZY-1000 CNC Continuous Line
Our KH-16 is the masterpiece of our Boiler-free Mechanochemical Process:
- CNC Intelligent Batching: Precise control of the activator-to-powder ratio to achieve the 16.0 MPa threshold consistently.
- Ultra-High Shear Devulcanization: Continuous mixing at atmospheric pressure using high-precision rotors. This process “unlocks” the sulfur bonds without “tearing” the rubber polymer chains, preserving the highest possible elongation (≥560%).
- No Thermal Degradation: Because we use mechanical friction rather than high-pressure steam (Boiler-free), the rubber maintains its “living” elasticity and won’t become brittle.
- 100-Mesh Dual Filtration: The material is refined through ultra-dense 100-mesh screens to achieve a Super Fine surface finish—critical for high-speed conveyor belts.
- Precision Cooling & Sheeting: Automated cooling to prevent “scorch” and maintain the shelf life of the rubber.
