2. Production Process: ZY-1000 CNC Continuous Line
Our KH-12 is produced using our signature Boiler-free Mechanochemical Process:
- CNC Automated Batching: Computer-controlled ratio of tread powder and activators ensures batch-to-batch consistency—crucial for high-precision manufacturing.
- Intensive Devulcanization: The raw material undergoes high-shear mixing in a continuous reactor at atmospheric pressure, restoring elasticity without degrading the polymer chains.
- Heat Management: Our process uses friction-generated heat, eliminating the need for steam boilers. This results in a “greener” product with no burnt smell.
- Dual 100-Mesh Filtration: The material is refined through ultra-fine 100-mesh screens to achieve a Super Fine surface finish.
- Precision Sheeting: Sheets are extruded at a controlled thickness (10mm-12mm) for easy handling and mixing.
