- Primary Source: 100% selected Tread Rubber Powder from waste truck tires. We use high-content rubber from the tire tread to ensure the 10MPa tensile strength.

2. Production Process: ZY-1000 CNC Continuous Line
Our KH-10 is manufactured using our patented Boiler-free Mechanochemical Process:
- CNC Precision Batching: Automated weighing of tread powder and activators for batch-to-batch consistency.
- Continuous Devulcanization: Under atmospheric pressure, high-precision rotors break the sulfur bonds efficiently while preserving the molecular weight of the rubber.
- Low-Temperature Processing: Unlike traditional autoclaves, our process avoids over-heating, which prevents the rubber from becoming “sticky” or “burnt.”
- 100-Mesh Fine Filtration: Passed through a high-density dual filter to ensure the KH-10 sheets have a flawless, smooth surface.
- Automated Sheeting: CNC cutting and cooling for uniform thickness (standard 10-12mm sheets).
